100 Things 1% Better

The Brief
Sales training specialist Motorv8 wanted a training guide to help Car Sales Executives buy-in to the process of self-improvement.

The Solution
100 things, 1% better.  To keep sales trainees focused on progression, we designed a booklet that highlighted the public perception of car sales people and challenged trainees to change small things in order to make a big difference.  It was also highly interactive, giving them space to come up with their own solutions to specific scenarios, so they could refer back to something that was unique to them.

The Creative
The best learning is always done in a fun way.  We used classic cartoon graphic style to keep the booklet light-hearted and enjoyable.  The copy told the story of ‘Frying Pan Man’ who embodied all the negative traits of a bad car sales person.

The Result
“We wanted something fun and interactive that trainees could use tomorrow, but also over the long term.  I worked closely with Blueye’s Graphic Designer, Paul, who brought my really ideas to life.  I’m delighted with the end product and the positive effect it’s having.”
